The Republic County Register of Deeds offers a FREE service to protect Republic County property owners from fraudulent filings on their property.

Property Fraud Alert gives property owners the beneficial advantage of early notification. All subscribed constituents will be notified any time there is a document recorded with their name as a party.  All alert messages (phone call or text) will come from the following number: 563-227-9102.  Please make sure you have this number saved in your phone once you have signed up.
